Bei der Teamsportart Ultimate Frisbee dreht sich alles um 175g BIO-Kunststoff. Oder dreht sich der Kunststoff? Eine Frage der Perspektive. Du wirst schnell merken, wie viel Freude es macht, einer Scheibe hinterherzurennen und sie gerade so noch fangen zu können. Oder sie in einer lang gezogenen Linkskurve (Handbälle können das nicht) in die Endzone zu deiner Mitspielerin zu werfen. Punkt!
Doch Fangen, Werfen und Laufen - Technik, Taktik und Athletik sind nicht alles. Denn beim Ultimate wird selbst auf höchstem Niveau der Fairplay Gedanke so groß geschrieben, dass wir keine Schiedsrichter benötigen.
Noch unsicher? Dann komm doch am 23.04.2026 unverbindlich zu unserem Kickoff-Event, bei dem du in zwei Stunden alles Wichtige lernst, um dein erstes Ultimate Match zu bestreiten.
Du benötigst lediglich Sportkleidung (hell + dunkel) sowie Stollenschuhe (wenn vorhanden, notfalls Laufschuhe).

In the team sport of Ultimate Frisbee, it’s all about a 175-gram disc made of biodegradable plastic. Or is the disc spinning? It’s a matter of perspective. You’ll quickly realize how much fun it is to run after a disc and just barely catch it. Or to throw it in a long, sweeping left-hand curve (handball players can’t do that) into the end zone to your teammate. Touchdown!
But catching, throwing, and running—technique, tactics, and athleticism aren’t everything. Because in Ultimate, even at the highest level, the spirit of fair play is so important that we don’t need referees.
Still unsure? Then come to our no-obligation kickoff event on April 23, 2026, where you’ll learn everything you need to know to play your first Ultimate match in just two hours.
All you need is sportswear (light and dark colors) and cleats (if you have them; running shoes will do in a pinch).
