Dodgeball ist Völkerball 2.0! Das Spielprinzip ist ähnlich jedoch um einiges 
dynamischer und schneller als das Spiel, das so viele noch aus Kinder- und Jugendtagen kennen. Es wird mit mehreren Bällen gespielt und hat ein paar kleine Zusätze die Spannung reinbringen (Stichwort Opening Rush).
Du bist hier genau richtig, wenn du eine Sportart suchst, die möglichst viel vereint. Dodgeball erfordert Schnelligkeit, Geschicklichkeit, Kraft, Koordination im Team und höchste Aufmerksamkeit, denn wer schläft, ist ein leichtes Ziel. All' diese Aspekte werden wir während des Kurses trainieren und natürlich in der Praxis ausprobieren! Dabei richten wir uns nach den Regeln des Österreichischen Verbandes.

Dodgeball is a fast and dynamic team sport where two teams with multiple balls try to decimate the opposing team through targeted throwing and skillful dodging. Besides throwing and catching balls, speed is also crucial here (keyword: Opening Rush). You are in the right place if you are looking for a sport that combines as many elements as possible. Dodgeball requires speed, agility, strength, team coordination, and utmost attention, because those who sleep are easy targets. We will train all these aspects during the course and, of course, try them out in practice! In addition to playful variations for more variety in the sessions or games according to our own Braunschweig rules, we will also conduct small internal competitions according to the rules of the Austrian Association.
