Du möchtest elegant, selbstbewusst und feminin Tanzen lernen? In diesem Kurs lernst du feminine Choreografien. Diese sind von der Trainerin selbst gestaltet oder inspiriert von internationalen Tänzer*innen. Der Fokus liegt auf Ausdruck, fließenden Bewegungen und Floorwork. Wir tanzen zu Pop Music und R'n'B. Teilweise wird auf Socken getanzt. Knieschoner sind bei Bodenelementen sinnvoll, aber nicht notwendig. Der Kurs ist für alle geeignet, mit und ohne Tanzerfahrung.

Sofern dem Hochschulsportzentrum noch kein SEPA-Mandat vorliegt, bitte dieses Mandat (Seite 1) umgehend ausdrucken, unterschreiben und im Original im Hochschulsportzentrum abgeben oder per Post (an TU Braunschweig - Hochschulsportzentrum, Franz-Liszt-Straße 34, 38106 Braunschweig) schicken! Wenn möglich ein Deutsches Bankkonto angeben. Andernfalls bitte mit der Geschäftsstelle in Kontakt treten.

Would you like to learn to dance elegantly, confidently, and femininely? In this course, you will learn feminine choreography. These are designed by the trainer herself or inspired by international dancers. The focus is on expression, flowing movements, and floorwork. We dance to pop music and R&B. Some of the dancing is done in socks. Knee pads are useful for floor elements, but not necessary. The course is suitable for everyone, with or without dance experience.

If the University Sports Center does not yet have a SEPA mandate, please print out this mandate (page 1) immediately, sign it and hand in the original at the University Sports Center or send it by post (to TU Braunschweig - University Sports Center, Franz-Liszt-Straße 34, 38106 Braunschweig)! If possible, specify a German bank account. Otherwise, please contact our office.
