Angeleitet von unseren Trainer*innen absolvieren Sie mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein auf den Arbeitsplatz zugeschnittenes Bewegungsprogramm. Mit dem PausenExpress können Sie Ihre Pause aktiv gestalten, dabei Ihren Arbeitsalltag vergessen und mit neuem Schwung zurück an Ihren Arbeitsplatz kehren.
Anmeldung: So geht's:
1. Eine Person meldet sich stellvertretend für das Team für den gewünschten PEX-Termin an (siehe unten Tabelle). Bitte beachten Sie unbedingt die Standorte bei Ihrer Buchung, damit die Trainer*innen die Büros auch nacheinander erreichen können. Einen Lageplan der Standorte finden Sie hier!
2. Der Termin ist für Sie reserviert. Schicken Sie bitte die Teilnehmer*innenliste inkl. der E-Mail-Adressen aller Teilnehmenden sowie den Ort, wo der PausenExpress bei Ihnen im Institut stattfinden soll innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach Anmeldung an bgf@tu-braunschweig.de
3. Erfolgt eine Zusendung der Teilnehmer*innenliste nach 5 Werktagen nicht, müssen wir die Buchung aus organisatorischen Gründen stornieren.

Guided by our trainers, you and your colleagues will complete an exercise program tailored to your workplace. With the BreakExpress, you can make the most of your break, take your mind off your daily work routine, and return to your desk with renewed energy.
Registration: Here’s how it works:
1. One person registers on behalf of the team for the desired PEX date (see table below). Please be sure to note the locations when booking so that the trainers can reach the offices one after another. You can find a map of the locations here!
2. The date is reserved for you. Please send the list of participants, including the email addresses of all participants, as well as the location where the PausenExpress is to take place at your institute, to bgf@tu-braunschweig.de within 5 business days of registration.
3. If we do not receive the list of participants within 5 business days, we will have to cancel the booking for organizational reasons.
